PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antifogging optical articles having surface accuracy and durability in combination by preventing the fogging by the surface dew condensation of optical articles, such as various kinds of lenses and mirrors. SOLUTION: The water absorptive films 72 of the antifogging optical articles obtd. by forming the water absorptive films 72 on optical article base materials 71 consists of >=2 layer of multilayered constitution and the respective layers consists of the water absorptive films of any amount the water absorptive film consisting of a water absorptive high polymer, the water absorptive films consisting of the crosslinked matter of the water absorptive high polymer, the water absorptive films consisting of a mixture composed of >=2 kinds of the water absorptive high polymers, the water absorptive films consisting of the crosslinked matter of <=2 kinds of the water absorptive high polymers, the water absorptive films consisting of a mixture composed of the water absorptive high polymers and inorg. matter and the water absorptive film consisting of the crosslinked matter of the water absorptive high polymers and inorg. matter. |
