PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device and a system that have less noise of a reproducing waveform and that excel in an S/N and a bit error rate. SOLUTION: The yoke type information reproducing head device 100 is constituted such that a magnetic sensor 3 is provided on a substrate 1 through a nonmagnetic insulating layer 2, that a magnetic pole 4 is connected to this magnetic sensor 3, and that this magnetic sensor 3 is so structured that a ferromagnetic tunnel junction element 5 is held between an upper and a lower electrode 6, 7. In this case, a bias layer 8 for controlling a magnetic domain is joined to the tunnel junction element 5.
