OIL FLUORESCEIN SLURRY COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: An oil fluorescein slurry composition is provided which is used for coating fluorescent screen onto transparent electrode (ITO) by photolithography. CONSTITUTION: The slurry contains 2-12 wt% of oil photosensitive resin which is a polyacrylate, poly(cis-isoprene), polyimide, or mixture thereof; 36-46 wt% of fluorescein; and 47-57 wt% of dispersive medium. The oil photosensitive resin has good affinity with transparent electrode, thus it is hardly separated from transparent electrode without a surface treatment step of transparent electrode.
