PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary flush equipment which does not cause troubles due to freezing without special construction or operation. SOLUTION: Any trouble due to freezing is prevented by giving freezing speculation means to the sanitary washing equipment, carrying out reliable water drainage by operating opening-closing mechanism in water circuit after detecting the speculation. As the freezing speculation means, there is a method measuring air temperature or water temperature, and the water drain operation previously performed by manual work can be now executed automatically by performing water drainage in accordance with a flowchart shown in the drawing.
