PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and simply adjust the opening of a window by winding up a belt having a buckling property by a drive roller which can reduce a motor revolution and rotatably drive. SOLUTION: When a motor 1 is rotated by a switch 49, a drive roller 2 is reduced in the speed to wind up a belt 4 having a buckling property and draw a driven device N. In this way, a window 48 is closed. In this time, a pusher 36 comes into contact with a caul plate 40 and an arm 36a is pushed down to push a limit switch 42 and then, the motor 1 stops. The belt 4 having a buckling property is pushed out by the rotation of the drive roller 2 and the pressure of the spring 37 and the window is opened. Then, the motor 1 is brought to a stop by a detection switch 43 at a near position of the maximum angle of the window. Accordingly, anyone can easily and simply adjust the opening of the window installed at an elevated position in a room of a building and open or close the window without troubles and labor for opening or closing the window. |
