FIELD: veterinary. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of simultaneous specific prophylaxis of anthrax, anaerobic dysentery and infectious enterotoxemia in sheep. For preparing vaccine an anthrax strain 55-VNIIVViM and monoanatoxins of Cl. perfringens of types C and D are used. Vaccine is administrated in lambs (age is above 3 months) and in adult sheep by subcutaneous route in the region of femur internal surface at the dose 3.0-3.1 cm . The mixed vaccine makes immunity in vaccinated sheep against anthrax, anaerobic dysentery and infectious enterotoxemia for 12 months, not less, and simultaneously. Immunogenicity of vaccine is the same as monovaccine against anthrax and exceeds bivalent anatoxin of Cl. perfringens. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of the mixed vaccine. 3 cl, 2 tbl, 2 ex
