PURPOSE:To sufficiently protect the secrecy of user's own information by detaching a sheet of polarizing plates from a liquid crystal cell so that only the person using the device carries said plate. CONSTITUTION:The polarizing plate 9 on the front side of a display panel part 12 is removably formed. The user removes the polarizing plate 9 from the panel part and uses spectacles, goggles, helmet or the like stuck with the polarizing plate so as to have the absorption in the same direction as the direction of the polarizing plate 9, if the user dislikes to have the display contents known by other persons. As a result, only the user is able to know the display contents.
