An object of the present invention is to provide a bottom bypass structure of a thermostat device enabling it possible to stably operate a valve element, to prevent the overshooting and hunting and to reduce in sizing of the thermostat device. The structure to form a bypass channel to bypass a circulating fluid in the lower reaches of the valve element opening and closing the circulation channel.
