PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane compsn. which can produce a molded article such as a film and a sheet with a moderate strength, a high recovery stress after elongation and an excellent adhesion as well as a small residual deformation after elongation. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polyurethane compsn. is composed of a thermoplastic polyurethane (a) consisting of a polymeric diol unit with an no. average mol.wt. of 500-8,000, an org. diisocyanate unit and a chain extending agent unit and having a nitrogen atom content of <=2.5 wt.%, a thermoplastic polyurethane (b) consisting of a polyesterdiol unit with an no. average mol.wt. of 1,500-5,000, an org. diisocyanate unit and a chain extending agent unit, having a nitrogen atom content of >=2.6 wt.%, indicating an endothermic peak at 200-220 deg.C in a differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) measurement and having a crystallization enthalpy (ΔH) obtd. from the endothermic peak of 2-15 J/g, an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (c), and a bisamide compd. (d), and comprises 40-80 wt.% of the component (a), 60-20 wt.% of the component (5b), 5-250 wt.% of the component (c) and 0.05-10 wt.% of the component (d) based on the total amt. of the components (a) and (b).
