SOLUTION: In a scroll type fluid machinery provided with one fixed scroll 9 and the other revolving scroll 11 having vortex bodies 9b and 11b erected at the respective end plates, one scroll 9 is manufactured from a material having the coefficient (γf ) of thermal expansion and the other scroll 11 is manufactured from a material having the coefficient (γm ) higher than the coefficient (γf ).
