PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high-purity tacky sheets extremely low in gasified component of a tacky agent layer and especially useful for clean room. SOLUTION: The high-purity tacky sheet has tacky agent layer(s) comprising a tacky agent composition containing an aliphatic polyester on one or both surfaces of a support which is a plastic film or dust-free paper and has <=1μg/cm<2> generated gas amount in heating at 100 deg.C for 1 hr and >=0.6 kg/20 mm width adhesiveness at room temperature.
