PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define plane representation of an object in a three-dimensional computer model by processing the picture of an object in an operating state. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional computer model of a still background scene in a real world is created (S2). A video picture of the object in an operating state on the background is recorded (S4), and a part of a picture corresponding to the object in the operating state is identified, and processed for calculating a position corresponding in a three-dimensional computer model (S6 and S8). Each object in the operating state is represented by at least one vertical plane in the three-dimensional computer model. Then, a picture on a plane including the simulation-processed background and the plane of the object in the operating state on which the video data of the object in the operating state recorded by a video camera are rendered is displayed from prescribed (plural) observing directions to a user. |
