Storable, free-running laundry and other detergent granules with a bulk density of over 600 g/l, produced by a specified process, contain 3-12 wt.% nonionic surfactant, 10-60 wt.% alkali silicate as connecting solid and 10-35 wt.% anionic surfactant. An Independent claim is also included for the production of storable, free-running laundry and other detergent granules with a bulk density of over 600 g/l, which contain anionic surfactant.
