PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the increase in noise at a 45 deg. junction part of a laminated core, by iteratively forming a linear notch satisfying a specified range of angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of a steel plate on the surface of the steel plate, and inverting the formation pattern of the linear notch within a length used as the laminated core. SOLUTION: At a 45 deg. junction part of a laminated core, in the case where an angle made by a linear notch and the longitudinal direction is 80 deg., an angle made by the linear notch and an junction oblique side is 35 deg. or 55 deg.. In the case of 35 deg., noise is greater than in the case of 55 deg.. Thus, the formation pattern of the linear notch is inverted within a length used as the laminated core, and the angle made by the junction oblique side and the linear notch is caused to be 55 deg. at both ends. Thus, the magnetostriction and hence the noise at the 45 deg. junction part is reduced. Moreover, a linear notch is formed so as to be symmetrical on both sides of a centerline of the steel plate. Thus, the angle made by each junction oblique side and the linear notch is 55 deg. at both 45 deg. junction parts, and reduction in the noise can be realized. |
