<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect a transmission terminal with the receivable rate ER value of all the reception terminals by comparing an ER value held on a table with an ER value in a received backward RM cell and reloading the smaller ER value. SOLUTION: Respective reception terminals 1-3 send respective receivable rates ER1-ER3 to the respective transmission terminals while putting them on backward RM cells 1-3. The backward RM cells 1-3 sent out of the respective reception terminals 1-3 compate the receivable rates ER1-ER3 of the backward RM cells with guarantee enable rates ER4-ER6 on a connection route from the transmission terminal to the reception terminal in an ER reloading block for each line inside a switch. When the ER of the backward RM cell is smaller, the backward RM cell is sent to the transmission terminal as it is but when the ER is larger, the backward RM cell is sent to the transmission terminal after its ER value is reloaded into guarantee enable rate on the connection route.</p> |
