The system includes brushes and spray for cleaning surface and removing dust which might lead to bacterial growth. The equipment includes a motor-reducing gear assembly (1) driving two rollers (2,6). The rotary movement is transmitted by a pair of belts (9,10) guiding and driving a retention element (11). A projection ramp (12) allows the spraying of a treatment product over the whole surface. A recovery vessel (13) is connected to a drainage point to remove accumulated dirt. When the belt is in motion, it passes over cleaning brushes adjacent to the spray treatment.
