<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply accelerate the feeding cycle of a sheet glass by providing a proper rollingly driving device for rolling-turning movement of a set of multiple arms, and providing a saddlelike stand turnable to the outside of the arm side of an inserting machine and used for standing a multi-face sheet glass against it. SOLUTION: A rolling driving device 45 is operated to turningly move an arm 42 to the erection position, a driving device 33 is operated to move a moving base 34 toward a saddlelike stand B, and suction cups 44 are brought into abutment on the plate face of the sheet glass A on the forefront line stood against the saddlelike stand B to stop the movement of the moving base 34. The sheet glass A is sucked by the sucking action of the suction cups 44, and the moving base 34 is moved in the separating direction from the saddlelike stand B by the operation of the driving device 33 to be stopped at the original position. The arm 42 is rotated in the falling direction by the rolling driving device 45 as the moving base 34 is moved, and the sheet glass A is unloaded on the conveyance plane when the arm 42 is inserted through the interrupted portion of a conveyor 35.</p> |
