PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety rod for finger training or play which eliminates danger to twist an internal wire even when the rod is helically bent, can be easily recovered original and eliminates danger to break the wire. SOLUTION: A wire 10 is inserted into a soft elastic plastic film cylinder 11 or a flexible material is wound around the wire 10, the cylinder 11 into which the wire 10 is inserted or the wire 10 wound with the flexible material is sandwiched on the longitudinal center lines of two rods 8 made of rubber or soft elastic plastic dividing a columnar or polygonal pole shaped rod into two lengthwise parts, a columnar or polygonal pole shape is formed by adhering two rods 8 and both the ends are covered with the same or different quality of materials 12 so that the rod for finger training or play can be formed. |
