PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the charging system which enables the rate of a charging processing, performed by a subscriber exchange on one communication network side, to freely be set from a mobile body communication network side when a terminal in the communication network is connected to the mobile body communication network. SOLUTION: The mobile body communication network 6 is provided with a means 11 which informs a subscriber exchange 2, accommodating an arbitrary terminal 5, of a charging rate set freely corresponding to position information, the kind, etc., on a mobile body terminal 7 at a termination destination when receiving a connection request from the terminal 5 on the side of a public network 1, and each subscriber exchange 2 is provided with a means which performs a charging processing for the originating terminal 5 according to the charging rate when receiving the charging rate reported from the mobile body communication network 6. |
