PURPOSE: To obtain excellent permeability of water content and air by forming a building material of a composite material consisting of rock powder consisting essentially of porous rock, and a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION: Rock powder consisting essentially of porous rock such as zeolite subjected to drying treatment, a thermoplastic resin selected from the group of a PP resin, a PE resin, a PS resin and the like are combined at a prescribed ratio, and the compound material is kneaded by a mixing roll or the like. Next, after the kneaded material is pressurized and formed by a compressor or the like, the formed material is cooled and solidified to obtain a building material excelling in absorptivity and emmissivity of water content and air permeability consisting of 32-77wt.%, preferably about 35-64wt.% rock powder and the residual which is a (rock/resin) composite material of resin components. |
