METHOD FOR DIAGNOSIS OF APOMICTIC FEATURES OF GRAPE SORTS

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, selecting sorts and forms of grape capable of apomictic multiplication. SUBSTANCE: method involves forecasting capacity of given sort of grape for producing apomictic seeds by analyzing grape leaf plate section characterized by ratio of side vein length and distance between leafstalk recess bottom and side cut bottom equal to 2.5-3.5, and by early fruit maturity term of 120-130 days. Method allows grape sorts incapable of giving apomictic seeds to be excluded from researches. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and wider usage in selection and genetic researches. 1 tbl
