FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: construction panel incorporates plate made of insulating foamed material. Made at least in one of its longitudinal sides is relief which is formed by elongated recesses which are widened as they are embedded in foamed material. Also provided are fastening members which enter recesses and which are located at definite spacing from each other. Placed upon fastening members is grate. Fastening members are profiled in the form of groove which is inserted into recesses. Fastening members have holes which pass through plate. Fastening members are introduced into these holes for connection with plate. Construction panel solves problem of cracks sometimes occurring in plate or concrete and this is achieved by reduction of stresses appearing in plate or concrete due to massive structure of blocks.
