FIELD: pressure vessels. SUBSTANCE: pressure vessel has inner envelope made from thin-sheet steel and load-bearing envelope made from composite materials. Load-bearing envelope is made from composite material easily admitting the working medium in case of loss of tightness of inner envelope; thin layer of gas-permeable composite material applied on inner steel envelope is used for check of leakage. Gaspermeable composite material is coated with thin layer of gas-insulating material forming gas collecting cavity over entire surface of vessel. Gas collecting cavity has outlet for two pole pipe unions for connecting the monitoring or signalling devices. Gas collecting cavity on surface of inner envelope is made by winding gas-insulating rope over spiral at a pitch of 20 to 50; inter-turn space is filled with thin layer of gas admitting material, after which entire surface is coated with gas insulating layer forming gas-permeable spiral channel over entire surface of vessel at outlet to two pole pipe unions for connecting the monitoring or signalling devices.
