At least one steering disc (60) exists that is rotatable around the gear drum (30), and that turns from a gear link (23) of an operating lever (21). In the change position, the gear link on the propulsion nose (65) lies in the teeth base (53) of the link wheels (51). Continued rotation of the steering disc, at the side segment (3) of the casing (2), leads to a detent pawl turning against the operation of a ratchet spring (8) from catch-base position (70), via the catch-nose position, to a catch-trough position (68). The steering disc may have spring operation in the axial direction, and be built as disk spring.
