For example, if the fluctuation times counter value is 0-49, it transits to the step 56, and if the reach failure value is 77-92 (S56: Yes), a reach failure flag is turned on (S60), and the occurrence of reach failure is determined. On the other hand, if the reach failure counter value is 7-92 (S56: No), the reach failure flag is turned off (S 61) not to produce reach failure. |
