PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate confirmation of a type of sheet set on a printer, replacement of the sheet and change of a printer set value by every sheet in a print system to print by selectively using plural types of sheet. SOLUTION: Document data representing names of documents, sheet size, sheet path and presence/absense of selection, etc., regarding plural types of business forms set on a printer 1 are registored in memory of the printer 1. The document data is sucked and stored in a registor 33 by a printer checker 31 of a host computer 3. A printer customizer 35 is provided with functions to display the document data in the registor 33 on a display screen 25, to registor new document data in the memory by transmitting the data to the printer 1 and to report the business form selected by a user to the printer 1 as the sheet used for print.
