摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a complex powder without depositing boron hydroxide even when formed into a green sheet and preserved for a long period by mixing a glass powder containing B2 O3 in the component with a ceramic powder containing Al2 O3 in the component and then previously baking the resultant complex powder art a specific temperature. SOLUTION: A glass powder which is preferably a borosilicate glass powder containing B2 O3 in the component is mixed with a ceramic powder which is preferably an alumina powder containing Al2 O3 in the component at a weight ratio within the range of preferably (90:10) to (40:60) and the resultant complex powder is then previously baked at a temperature of the transition point (e.g. 500 deg.C) of the glass powder or above and the softening point (e.g. 750 deg.C) thereof or below (e.g. 600 deg.C) in air for 1hr. That is, boron oxide eluted from the glass powder is reacted with an Al2 O3 component in the ceramic powder to suppress the deposition of the boron oxide. The composition is suitable for producing electronic parts such as a circuit substrate having high reliability.
