PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coloring in yellow caused when a silver thin film layer and an adhesive layer are pasted together and to obtain a high reflectance which is intrinsic to silver by forming a color change preventing layer between the silver thin film layer and the adhesive layer. SOLUTION: A layer 60 to prevent color change is formed between a silver thin film layer 70 and an adhesive layer of a reflection sheet in which the adhesive 20 side is used as a reflecting surface. The layer 60 to prevent color change is used to prevent yellow coloring which is caused when the silver thin film layer 70 is adhered to the adhesive layer 20. The layer 60 consists of metal oxide such as silicon oxide and alumina or a silicon resin. The layer 60 is preferably formed to 10 to 500nm thickness, more preferably 50 to 300nm when silicon oxide is used. If the layer is too thin, the effect as a preventing layer against color change is not enough obtd. If the layer is too thick, it causes peeling or cracks and is disadvantageous for the cost. When a silicon resin is used, the layer is preferably formed to have 0.1 to 10μm thickness.
