PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication method and device by which a pseudo network is formed without a broad area communication means, the system cost is reduced and a radio wave is effectively utilized. SOLUTION: A mobile station having a very weak radio wave receiver RX1 and a very weak radio wave transmitter TX1 able to communicate only in the vicinity is equipped with each mobile body, and sends or relays traffic information message received from a mobile station of a mobile body in the vicinity and traffic information message MS1 to be sent from itself to the other mobile station of the other mobile body in the vicinity. Or the very weak radio wave receiver RX1 and the very weak radio wave transmitter TX1 able to make communication only in the vicinity are equipped with the mobile station of the mobile body in the vicinity or a stationary station, information received from the mobile station of the mobile body in the vicinity or the stationary station is stored tentatively in a memory MM1, required information is displayed on a display device DS1 and the stored information is sent again when the other mobile station of the mobile body in the vicinity or the stationary station.
