PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance both of the efficiency of heat collection and the efficiency of power generation by providing a first solar cell of a light transmitting type, a second solar cell disposed on the rear side of the first solar cell with an air layer between them and a heat collecting plate disposed in contact with the second solar cell on the rear side of the second solar cell. SOLUTION: A hybrid type panel is equipped with a case 10 of a flat box type. A heat insulating material 20 is laid all over the bottom surface of the case 10 and a heat collecting plate 30 is disposed thereon. On the other hand, a glass plate 40 constituted of white reinforced plate glass is fitted in the upper opening part of the case 10 with an air layer 50 of sufficient dimensions formed between the heat collecting plate 30 and it. A first solar cell 60 is bonded on the rear of the glass plate 40, while a second solar cell 70 is bonded on the surface of the heat collecting plate 30.
