PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently arrange molecules in a specified part of a solid surface, by adsorbing multifuncitonal molecules from gas phase or liquid phase to a space between solid surfaces. SOLUTION: Active part positions (a), (b) are formed on all over the whole surfaces of two kinds of solids A, B which face each other, A molecule (α-β) having two functional groupsα,βon both terminals is introduced. Design is performed so as to selectively adsorb the functional groupsα,βto the active part positions (a), (b). By adsorbing the molecule (α-β), two kinds of the solids A, B connect all regions which are most adjacent. By adsorbing the functional groupsα,βstructure of the active part positions (a), (b) is changed. Therefore, molecules can be efficiently arranged in a specified part of the solid surface in a vacuum atmosphere. |
