<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the operating steps by simplifying the winding step in the case of forming a current sensor unit. SOLUTION: Semiannular core is contained in first and upper and lower halves 3, 4 of a semiannular state, and butted to form a first bobbin piece 1. A semiannular core is contained in second upper and lower halves 6, 7 of a semiannular state, and butted to form a second bobbin piece 2. Then, the one end of a copper wire wound on the piece 1 is soldered to a first connecting hole 13a, and the one end of a copper wire wound on the piece 2 is soldered to a first connecting pin 14a. The first pin is engaged with the hole 13a to electrically connect the wires wound separately on the pieces 1, 2 and to connect the pieces 1, 2 to form a substantially annular current sensor unit.</p> |
