<p>A steel for shipbuilding, construction, pressure vessels, and pipelines, having excellent HAZ toughness. A Ti-Mg-O-based steel having a thickness of 0.001 to 5.0 m and containing oxides and composite oxides of titanium and magnesium in amounts of not less than 40 particules/mm2 realizes the production of steel products having excellent HAZ toughness, thus improving the safety of structures made by using these steel products.</p> |
