PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a front cabinet for which black coating is unnecessary after injection molding. SOLUTION: An a resin flow path during injection molding is formed by arranging a hot runner, a runner 131 and a gate 132 outside of the outer edge of the front from of a front cabinet and a resin inlet hole 133 is arranged on the surface 36a of an inserting rib molded by a movable mold 120, a resin material is injected in the back face 36b direction to generate a flow mark on the back face 36 side. As the resin inlet hole 133 is provided in accordance with a top face frame 33 molded by a parting face 150 and is arranged on the end edge of the frame 33, the resin material is injected in a molding space intersecting at right angles to the thick direction of the front cabinet 3 from this end edge to suppress generation of a flow mark on the surface of the front cabinet and black coating for hiding the flow mark after injection molding of the front cabinet becomes unnecessary. |
