The structure with low thermal conductivity is claimed. It is made up of alternating layers (m, w) of a metal and a pressure-stable material with high electrical resistance. The layers are in area contact with one another, and are arranged perpendicular to the temperature gradient. The layer thickness lies within a micron range.
