PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a communication path of data sent/received via a network flexibly and efficiently. SOLUTION: A client PC2 sends an IP packet S2 denoting a service request to a server 6 via an ISDN 4. In this case, an NDIS layer 12 revises a sender IP address from an address of an ISDN card 10 into an address of an STTH card 11. The server 6 uses an address of the STTH card 11 as a destination address and the IP packet S6 to the STTH card 11 of the client PC2 via antennas 7, 9 an a communication satellite 8.
