发明名称 PIPE LAGGING STRUCTURE WITH GOOD SOUND INSULATION
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective good sound insulation performance with a small mounting volume by directly sticking a metal plate which has a specified thickness and has a viscoelastic resin layer having a specified thickness on one surface to a steel pipe for piping. SOLUTION: A viscoelastic resin layer 2 having a thickness of 75μm is made by applying acrylic resin on one side of a galvanized steel plate 1. A polypropylene film having a thickness of 40μm is laminated on the viscoelastic resin layer 2 as a separating sheet 3. This lagging member is stuck to a steel plate having the same width. The galvanized steel plate 1 has a thickness of 0.1 to 1.0mm to exert a specified damping effect and the viscoelastic resin layer 2 having a thickness of 10μm. This prevents the divergence of the vibration and noises of fluid in the pipe.</p>
