PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce boots without leaving the surplus end of a parison in the large diameter part of boots. SOLUTION: A small diameter part mold 50, a large diameter part mold 70 and a small diameter part molding core 40 are moved to the lower position of an air blowing-in nozzle 80 from the position of a blow die head 30 along with a parison. After the air blowing-in nozzle 80 is inserted into the parison from the upper end part of the parison, the large diameter part mold 70 is protruded toward the outer peripheral surface of the parison and closed to grasp the upper end side of the parison between the blowing-in nozzle 80 and the large diameter part mold 70 and the large diameter part 10 of boots is molded along with an annular inward projection 14. At the same time, the parison P2 of the surplus end connected to the large diameter part 10 is cut off by a cutting blade 82 and a cutting edge 52. |
