PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel full-color ink jet recording sheet especially excellent in image sharpness by providing a resin coating layer composed of a cured material of a composition containing a specific amt. of white pigment and capable of cured by the irradiation with electron beam on the surface of a paper substrate and providing an ink receiving coating layer thereon. SOLUTION: A resin coating layer composed of a cured material of a compsn. containing 20-80wt.% of white pigment and based on an unsaturated org. compd. capable of being cured by the irradiation with electron beam is formed on at least one surface of a paper substrate based on natural pulp and an ink receiving coating layer is provided thereon. As the white pigment, titanium dioxide (anatase or rutile type) is mainly used. The electron beam curable unsaturated org. compd. is selected from acrylate compds. of aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic alcohol and polyalkylene glycol. |
