PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a good peeling property by affording adhesion to a silicone resin coating layer by forming a film backing and applying an undercoat layer composition containing a polymer containing one ethylene type unsaturated group on one side of the backing and a silicone resin coating layer on the surface of the undercoat layer. SOLUTION: A polymer film backing 1 is formed, for example, by an inflation film method or a rat film method. At least on one side 3 of the backing 1, an undercoat layer composition containing a polymer containing at least one ethylene type unsaturated group is applied between two stages in the longitudinal direction and the cross direction in biaxial drawing operation and heat-set to form an undercoat layer 2. A coating layer composition containing a silicone resin is applied on the surface 5 of the undercoat layer 2, a dispersing agent is removed, and a coating layer 4 which is dried for preferable crosslinking is formed. |
