There are the micro-phone(10) which is secured in the engine room(1) and converts outside sound signal into electronic signal, the electronic device(20) which amplifies the converted electronic signal, the indicating lamp which is secured in the instrument panel(2) and lightened by the electronic output power of the electronic signal amplifying device(20), and the timer(40) which controls the microphone(10) to operate during the programing time. When an engine operates before driving, a driver can check the preheating condition of the engine by looking the indication lamp(30) which lightens on the panel(2) of an instrument(2a). Because vehicle is driven with inserting enough engine oil into the touched working part like a piston and the revolved part like crank shaft and cam shaft, the capacity and the wear of the engine is extended.
