The invention concerns the above-ground building industry, particularly - massive apartment houses construction. The invention can be used in production of socle wall panels.This wall panel comprises a casing (1) that consists of outer (2) and inner (3) bearing courses, thermo-insulating insertion (6), and a carcass (14) for courses (2) and (3), as well as horizontal (4) and vertical (5) ribs. The thermo-insulating insertions (6) are made in several layers with increasing cross-section. The vertical ribs also have a staircase form, and the outside surface is riveted with ceramic pebbles, using the mortar of polymeric cement (13) in the places where those do not touch the clearcole.<IMAGE>
