<p>A high quality sandwich-like synthetic resin molded article comprising a core and an outer layer covering the core is produced by a method comprising the first step of injecting an outer layer forming material into a cavity of a mold at an injection speed V1 through a gate; the second step of injecting a core forming material, while the outer layer forming material is being injected, at an injection speed V2 higher than the injection speed V1 into the gate and the outer layer forming material inside the cavity so as to allow the outer layer forming material and the core forming material to flow inside the cavity; and the third step of injecting the outer layer forming material at an injection speed V3 lower than the final injection speed of the outer layer forming material at the second step and extruding the outer layer- and core-forming materials of a double structure existing inside the gate into the cavity to thereby form the core and the outer layer.</p> |
