发明名称 ANISOTROPIC BONDED MAGNET
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the title anisotropic bonded magnet with excellent heat resistance, weather resistance and porcelain characterictics without cracking in magnet particles in the molding step of the title anisotropical bonded magnet by blending and mixing anisotropic R-Fe-B base magnetic particles with base metallic particles and hard ferrite magnet particles. SOLUTION: The title anisotropic bonded magnet is made of 60wt.%-98.5wt.% of anisotropic R-Fe-B base magnet particles having the assembly structure of recrystallized particles comprising 0.05μm-50μm of R2 Fe14 B pyramidal quadratic system in the mean crystallized particle base, 1wt.%-10wt.% of resin and whole weight of 0.5wt.%-30wt.% of base metallic particles and hard ferrite magnet particles. Besides, it is featured that the blending ratio between the base metallic particles and the hard ferrite magnet particles is 1.5/98.5/1.5 in the wt.%. Furthermore, in the molding step of the bonded magnet, the blended particles of the base metallic particles and the hard ferrite magnet particles can release the stress concentration in a local magnet particles caused in the molding step so as to suppress the formation of an active metallic surface due to the cracking of the magnet particles thereby enabling the heat resistance and weather resistance to be further enhanced.
