PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a crusher adequately operative without depending on the moisture content of raw ore by providing the system with a water pouring mechanism for pouring water into a crusher and a separator for separating sand from the sand water flow emitted from the crusher. SOLUTION: The sand water flow discharged from the crusher 10 is introduced into a sieving mechanism 26 disposed behind the crusher 10. This sieving mechanism 26 is provided with a washing mechanism 30 and the water is further poured in addition to the sand water flow thereto, by which the clogging of a filter 28 is prevented. The sand water flow past the sieving mechanism 26 is next introduced into a sand and water separating mechanism 32 where the sand and the water are separated. The refined water is recycled and is sent to the water pouring pump 36 of a water pouring mechanism 14 and the washing pump 38 of the washing mechanism 30, respectively. The clogging of the crusher 10 and the clogging of the filter 28 are thus prevented and the system capable of producing the good-quality sand is obtd. |
