摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a good sliding characteristic even if selecting a soft material as a counterpart under a high temperature by adding a specific amount of scale-form graphite to polyimide resin, and molding a heat resistant-lubricative resin constituent. SOLUTION: Polyimide resin is secures after aromatic carboxylic acid and aromatic amine are condensed and polymerized, and it is excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, mechanical character and electric insulating property, having an imide counpling in the principal chain, and such one as having this imide coupling and amid coupling is not comprised. As to scale-form graphite, it will do any of nature or artificiality, and average grain size is not limited in particular but those of 1 to 50μm are recommendable. If the scale-form graphite is mixed with the polyimide resin 5 to 25 pt.wt. to 100 pt.wt., antifriction and wear resistance are well improved, and dimensional changes in a molding to be formed out of this constituent are reducible. Therefore even if a sliding counterpart material is a soft one such as an aluminum alloy or the like, this sliding counterpart will not receive any damage.
