PURPOSE: To provide a ligature device capable of easily rotating a ligature part without increasing the diameter of a sheathed part and without impairing other functions. CONSTITUTION: The operation part 4 of a clip device body 1 is composed of an operation part body 5, a first slider 13 slidable in a direction axial to this operation part body 5 and a second slider 36 freely slidable in a direction axial to this first slider 13. A flexible operation pipe 28 mounted with a connecting ring 29 is freely advanceably and retreatably inserted into an introducing pipe 3. This operation pipe 28 is connected to the first slider 13 and is advanced and retreated in the introducing pipe 3 by the operation of the first slider 13. An operation wire 33 is freely advanceably and retreatably inserted into the operation pipe 28 and is freely turnably connected to the second slider 36. The front end of the operation wire 33 is freely attachably and detachably detained to a connecting plate 37 of a cassette type clip unit 2 by a hook 30. The rotation of the clip unit 2, i.e., grip 45, is made possible if the wire 33 is rotated by turning of the operation part 4 according to this constitution. |
