Process which comprises: cutting the fruit, gathering it and sorting it by size. Drying the fruit on a perforated metal surface or on sawdust or straw. With a drill bit, perforating the central zone delimited by the sepals. Introducing, via the drill, a rotary tool which can be extended laterally, this facilitating the removal of the dry pulp. Washing the inside of the pomegranate with water, disinfecting it and drying it. Covering the inner surface of the pomegranate with a plastic film and sealing the hole by means of a stopper with the aim that the container thus formed should contain the desired liquid or solid product. <IMAGE>
