PURPOSE: To enable the ends of two wires wound on a core in bifilar winding to be fixed onto electrodes provided onto the base of a flange in a short time. CONSTITUTION: Two wires 11 and 12 wound on a core 1 in bifilar winding are led onto a flange 4, and a guide pin 15 is engaged with the wire 11. Then, the core 1 and the guide pin 15 are turned in a counterclockwise direction by an angle of 45 deg. or so. By this setup, the terminal 11b of the first wire 11 is kept positioned on an electrode 5c, and the terminal 12b of the second wire 12 is positioned on an electrode 5d. Then, the terminals 11b and 12b are soldered to the electrodes 5c and 5d at the same time. |
