摘要 The sensor signals picked up at the rotary shaft (4) being measured are filtered by a band pass filter. The band centre frequency is controlled by the shaft rpm. A shaft track describing the dynamic alignment condition of the successively coupled shafts (3,4) using the filtered sensor signals, and the alignment is determined from the shape and position of the shaft track. With a zero point adjustment, the sensor signals are freed from their DC component. The sensors (10,11) used for measuring the distance from the surface of a shaft (3,4,7,8) are positioned in a plane vertical to the shaft axis, mutually displaced at 90 deg.
